Dillon joined Bullpen Capital in 2019. Prior to Bullpen, he worked at M13 in Los Angeles, where he focused on incubating the next generation of consumer brands. Before that, Dillon led sourcing and diligence for Techstars Cedars-Sinai, with a focus on digital health. He has also worked with other venture funds including Core Innovation Capital and Uncharted Ventures.
Dillon holds a BA from UCLA. During his time there, he co-founded a non-profit that connected startups with student talent, and helped lead sponsorships at LA Hacks, the largest hackathon on the west coast.
